Pools

Architectural Drawings are required for Council Approval.

The Pool can be approved through a fast track process by a Complying Certificate application (CDC). This depends on the Site constraints. Otherwise a Development Application (DA) may be required.

After the Council Approval process the Architectural Drawings can be used by a Builder to Construct Your Pool.

Below are Architectural Videos of drawings of my recent Architectural Drafting Work showing a variety of Pool Designs that have been approved. Click the screen to pause the slideshow. You can also enlarge the slideshow screen.

Please note I have recently changed my Business name from 3D Archpix Drafting, which is noted on the Drawings, to my current Business name Bates Design & Drafting. I have the same ABN.
